If you ask us, the best part of the house is outside. We start barefoot by the pool, take the aperitivo upstairs and often realise much later that nobody has thought about going indoors.

The patio is a small, private rear terrace beside the stairs to the rooftop. It is separate from the pool: cosy, sheltered and perfect for a quiet coffee or a moment out of the sun.

Step onto the large front terrace and the pool is entirely yours. There is room to swim, stretch out in the sun and gather around the outdoor table for lunch without ever leaving home.
03The rooftopDinner, sunset
Dinner, sunset
and one more drink.
Take dinner upstairs, put something good on the barbecue and stay as the rooftops turn gold. There is room around the table, an outdoor kitchen and nowhere else you need to be.
